Gentle pressing in a 4000kg membrane press allows us to extract the heart of the cuvée, this noble and pure juice, which is the foundation of their wines. These musts are then carefully separated to preserve the pure and original expression of each of our 12 parcels.

Blend of wines from the year 2021 with 20% reserve wines.

The wine is straw gold with brilliant silver highlights. In the glass, a fine effervescence feeds a delicate and persistent bead.

On the nose, the wine reveals itself as fresh, subtle and airy with a bouquet of delicately perfumed white flowers, such as linden, honeysuckle and orange blossom.

The palate is balanced and refreshing, freshly cut citrus fruits, dressed with Amaretto and garnished with mountain mint leaves. Finally, a silky and enveloping texture. A Champagne enhanced by its low dosage.
