The wine is a sparkling straw gold with golden highlights. In the glass, a delightful, regular effervescence forms a delicate bead.
The nose is invigorating and refreshing like a bouquet of white flowers (honeysuckle, acacia, gardenias, chamomile), with notes of freshly cut citrus fruits, and lemon balm leaves sprinkled with fine spices, such as anise and white pepper.
The palate is fresh, frank and elegant. There are notes of yuzu peel, grapefruit zest, passion fruit and a chalky touch that gives way to a saline finish with a pleasant minerality.
