Pur Meunier
100% Pinot Meunier from the wide-open loop of the Marne River with a southern exposure. This Pinot Meunier is a perfect expression of the terroir at its best!

 Stainless steel vinification and then blended with 30% reserve wine aged in wooden barrels with no malolactic fermentation.

5 years aging on lees…. 70% - 2017, 30% - 2016. Dosage 6g/l  

Light golden colour with a pinkish tinge, a nose of red currant and strawberry. A very fresh palate with hints of pear and a fresh vanilla finish due to the partial maturation in barrels. Extremely fresh and excellent length!
