Tasting Note
Golden in colour with an abundance of fine bubbles. Aromas of brioche, almond and citrus lead into a palate showing pronounced citrus character and complex tertiary notes of dried fruit. The finish is long and persistent, with remarkable tension supported by the wine's low dosage.
